AUP Residence,听础痴础滨尝础叠尝贰听

NOTE: Only single studios are available for Spring 2026 (no one-bedroom apartments or single rooms in shared apartments available).

AUP Universit茅 is a new residence partially opened in August 2025, with a full opening in Spring 2026,听designed to offer students a mix of single studios, single one-bedroom apartments, and cozy co-living apartments with single rooms. Located in the 7th arrondissement in the heart of AUP鈥檚 academic campus, the residence will be connected to the new Universit茅 administrative building also opening at the end of 2025.

The residence has been designed to house a small and tightknit community of AUP students (about 10 residents in the Fall semester, and 16 residents total in the Spring semester when all units are available), and to offer a safe and comfortable environment for students to find community and support through their transition to Paris and to the university. The residence will also house an AUP Resident Assistant who can guide students through any issues or questions that arise in their everyday听life.听They听will also organize get-togethers designed to foster the kind of long-lasting friendships college campuses are known to create and to further promote the AUP community within the听residence.

Units available in Spring 2026 include single studios.听Single studios have a bedroom area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Important Note: Please note that renovation work might be finishing up听in the adjacent buildings, during the Spring semester. As such, some noise pollution can be expected as renovation work is completed; this will be limited to daytime hours in accordance with Paris city regulations.

THE AUP INSIDER TIP:听

Similar to the Jouffroy residence, the AUP Universit茅 Residence offers a unique blend of individual units and co-living apartments that will foster a deep sense of campus community. Much like our other AUP-only residences, it is the perfect听setting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the right听note. It also allows students to take full ownership of their space as they would once they move into a Parisian apartment during the rest of their AUP experience. Its proximity to campus can be comforting for students transitioning to AUP. It is worth noting, however, that the 7th arrondissement is a relatively quiet area for students: students looking to explore Paris and enjoy its livelier restaurants, bars, and caf茅s may prefer some of the other AUP hubs on our roster. It is also important to account for potential noise pollution from renovation work when selecting this residence as a preference.

GUEST POLICIES:
