Alumni and former students are invited to join the AUP DC Alumni Chapter to celebrate France's听f锚te nationale.听

Part 1 | Bastille Day Walking Tour at 6:30听pm

We will meet at Lafayette Square's SE corner () and take an approximately 1.5-hour, one-mile听tour of Lafayette Square and the surrounding neighborhood, discussing the many connections between the District and our French allies. This private tour, led by听听highlights French connections from the Revolutionary War hero General Marquis de Lafayette to the original planner of our Nation's Capital Pierre L'Enfant. Space is limited so please sign up ASAP!

Part 2 | Bastille Day Celebration at听听at 8:00 pm

Our tour will conclude at the Opaline Bistro at听听where we'll continue the celebration with a casual drink.听If you prefer to skip the tour, please meet us at the Opaline Bistro听at 8:00听pm.听 Invite an AUP friend to join you!
