Dr. Kate Yue Zhang joined the Department of International Business Administration in September 2016. Prior to AUP, she was Associate Professor and Department Chair of Business Management at Surrey International Institute, a jointĚýbusiness school of the University of Surrey and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. She has published books, academic papers, and book chapters in the field of management and higher education. Her research interests focus on Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Higher Education. She served as aĚýboard director at a public company in the manufacturing industryĚýfrom 2016 to 2019.Ěý
